Mary might be the most patient and honest realtor I know! She put up with us putting our house on and off the market and then back on again a year later. She was positive about our home and gave us good feedback when needed. She helped us understand our competition and what was happening in the market. We received a low offer on our home and she believed that our home was worth more. We waited and received a strong, more realistic offer soon after the low offer. We are glad we waited for the right buyer. She was willing to hold open houses as needed and she was willing to work with buyers without agents.
